Call to Worship

Mothering God, for your love, care, and creating energy. We are blessed.  For your compassionate, attentive care to our needs. We are grateful. 

Thank you nuturing God. 

Parental God, for the way that you draw us into the shelter of your wings like a bird caring for her young. We are blessed. 

Thank you caring God. 

Caretaker God, for the way that you have guided us, fed us, held us, protected us, and strengthened us- we are grateful. 

Thank you present and personal God. 

Prayer

Divine God, today we are grateful for all those who use their time and energy to support others, care for them, teach them, and love them. No matter the titles they are called, we are grateful for them and the roles that they have played in our own journeys. Amen.
